LBC 3 READS Book Club

LBC 3 READS

lbc 3 reads logo - nalsaLogo by  @Nalsa
This book club meets up every three months – ideal for those too busy to join a monthly book club!
From 2021 however, we’ll be meeting up bimonthly (the definition that is every other month, not twice a month*).
We tend to read a lot of American fiction and alternate between male and female authors.
This went out the window in 2020 as all the best crime writers happen to be women (don’t @ me) and again in 2021, but I’m sure once we get back to less freakishly weird times, we’ll find a balance again.
  • For 2023, our theme is Delicious Reads, books that feature food!
  • For 2022, our theme is Books About Books! (Book propaganda as one of our crew would say)
  • For 2021, our theme is EXTREME Comfort Reads
  • For 2020, our theme is …Three Crime Greats
  • For 2019, we are celebrating the LBC themed book clubs
  • For 2018, our theme is Four Seasons
  • For 2017, we read an author from each of the countries that make up the UK.

The book is entitled: “The Lives Some People Live: Uncovering One Family Killer.” The book deals with the issue of adultery within families. Thank writing is unique, powerful and raw. Your members won’t put the book down!! Plenty of discussion afterwards! Please pass this email on to other book clubs. Thank you!
